Clear checks, clear responsibility and no unsupported promises

A marketplace should explain what it checks, what comes from a provider and what customers still need to decide.

Provider identity and information

The connected onboarding workflow will collect legal or trading identity, operational contacts, service locations and supporting information. Public profiles will distinguish supplied facts from evidence reviewed by VEHOO.

Service and fulfilment transparency

Providers will describe services and whether work is workshop-based, mobile, collected or arranged through recovery. The platform will not imply that every fulfilment method suits every job.

Reviews and moderation

Ratings will not appear until a genuine review system is active. Reviews should be linked to eligible interactions, moderated for abuse and displayed without invented testimonials.

Pricing and sponsored results

Fixed, “from” and quotation-required states will remain separate. Sponsored placement will be labelled clearly and not presented as an independent recommendation.

Complaints and marketplace role

Providers remain responsible for the service they supply. VEHOO remains responsible for its platform, information handling and marketplace processes.

Data protection

No contact, registration or account form is published in this release. Connected forms will request only necessary data and will not put personal information into public URLs or analytics labels.

Safety decisions

Online information cannot decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive. Customers should stop safely and seek qualified or emergency help where risk is possible.
