A fleet operating layer
Fleet maintenance needs vehicle responsibility, operating priority, defect severity, approval limits, provider standards and evidence that a vehicle is ready to return to service.
Maintenance schedules
Schedules should reflect manufacturer requirements, mileage, operating hours, duty cycle and business policy. Each reminder should connect to completed evidence rather than exist as an isolated date.
Defects and availability
A defect needs severity, ownership and a decision. The workflow will distinguish information, planned repair and vehicle-off-road conditions, then track provider action and return-to-service evidence.
Provider networks
Fleet operators may need national coverage, specialists or local relationships. Approved providers and service rules will be configurable without implying every provider suits every vehicle.
Commercial control
Quotation, authorisation, purchase order, job and invoice should remain connected. Consolidated billing must still preserve vehicle-level and job-level detail.
Current release
No fleet enquiry form is displayed until Britixo can protect, store, route and acknowledge submissions properly.
