Provider registration is not open in this release. These principles inform the future connected agreement and do not replace the final provider contract.
Accurate information
Providers will be responsible for accurate legal, service, location, fulfilment, availability, pricing and contact information, with material changes updated promptly.
Service responsibility
The provider will remain responsible for competent and lawful service delivery, quotations, customer communication, parts, warranties, staff, subcontractors and complaints.
Marketplace presentation
VEHOO will operate its platform, present data fairly, label sponsored placement and explain the scope of any evidence review.
Data and account security
Providers will need to protect account access, use permissions appropriately and handle customer and vehicle information only for legitimate service purposes.
Fees and commerce
No fees, commissions, payment services or product terms apply in this release. They will be stated transparently before use.
Legal review
The final agreement must identify the operator, commercial terms, suspension process, complaints, liability and data roles before registration opens.
