Verification should describe evidence, not create a blanket guarantee

VEHOO is designing a review process that can show which details were checked, when they were reviewed and what remains the provider’s responsibility.

What may be reviewed

Legal or trading identity, operational address, service categories, fulfilment methods, insurance, qualifications where relevant, complaint processes and accessibility information may be reviewed.

What a review does not prove

Checking evidence does not guarantee every future job, staff member, diagnosis, price or repair outcome. Verification is not insurance or a substitute for reviewing the proposed service.

Time and change matter

Documents expire and businesses change. The connected system will record review dates and support re-checks after material updates.

Provider responsibility

Providers remain responsible for accurate information, lawful operation, competent work, quotations, customer communication, warranties and complaints.

Current status

No public provider profiles or verification badges appear in this release because the connected review workflow is not yet active.
